4)A New pop-up can be open, and Now Change the History States 10 to 1000. (As you wish)

5)Now click on the OK option
6)Now Restart your adobe Photoshop and Now multiple Undo in Photoshop is Working.
Note:-
*The Optmize….buttons take your hardware configuration into account.
History States: Maximum number of history states to retain in the history panel.
*Cache Levels: Number of cached levels of image data. Used to improve screen redraw and histogram speed. For larger documents with few layers, choose a higher storage level:
